Our honorees, Pam and Jeff Fine, are visionaries who epitomize the values Yavneh is built on. Pam is a psychotherapist who has been in private practice for over 30 years. An active volunteer, Pam currently serves as an officer of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas and chairperson of the Jewish Women’s Philanthropy Center. Pam also serves on the advisory board of the CJE (Center for Jewish Education) and is past co-chair. She has been an instructor in the Florence Melton School and was past president of both Yavneh and Akiba Academies. For 15 years Pam has been the Dallas coordinator and a leader of the March of the Living trips. Jeff, a partner at the Dykema law firm, has served on Yavneh’s Board of Directors for over 20 years. Jeff was instrumental in the development and founding of Congregation Shaare Tefilla, serving a term as President, and also serving for 32 years on the Board. Jeff and his law firm have devoted countless pro bono hours providing legal advice to Yavneh and Shaare Tefilla on a multitude of issues. Pam and Jeff are most proud of their three sons, Samuel, Benjamin (Lauren) and David (Ruthie), all of whom graduated from Yavneh.
