Chris Walker, Head Coach

Chris Walker is entering his ninth season as Head Coach of the Girls’ Basketball team. Coach Walker enjoyed a stellar playing career at Hillcrest High School in Dallas, where he was named All-District his senior year. He played two seasons at Eastfield Junior College, where the National Junior College Collegiate Athletic Association named him a First Team All-American, and he led the Harvesters to two national tourney final eight appearances. Coach Walker completed his college playing career at Texas A&M University at Kingsville, where he was an All-Conference player and the Lone Star Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Coach Walker also assists with the boys’ basketball team and teaches physical education at both Yavneh and Akiba Academies.
