STUDENT COUNCIL
Student Council is the vehicle by which Yavneh Academy students are able to influence school policy and express their voices to the administration. Student Council develops committed and ethical school leaders and promotes school spirit and student participation.
Student Council is responsible for numerous events during the school year, including the Welcome Picnic and the All-School Retreat, a weekend camping trip to Oklahoma.
Membership in Student Council is open to any academically-eligible Yavneh student. In addition to electing a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer, students also elect representatives for each class.
